We couldn’t be happier with our experience using Ultimate Pro. We started with repainting the house, and the amount of preparation (scraping, sanding, caulking gaps in the cedar shakes) was just outstanding. We asked about masonry and carpentry, too, and the quality of the repairs on the bulkhead was top notch, as was the re-tiling of our front entrance.

I originally hired Fernando to replace the rotting white wood trim on my house. He did that, replaced some split clapboard, rebuilt my gable vents. On top of that he offered me a reasonable quote for a complete exterior power-wash and paint job including my shed. My windows were new so he was especially careful with those. My windows were new so his crew paid special attention to protect them. To help with cost, he allowed me to get some of the the materials. In the end, my house looks like new. I would recommend Fernando and his crew to anyone!

Fernando brought our tired old home back to life!!! His team of employees were professional and worked daily until dark.
